Strict rules about the usage of our club waters
Albrighton Anglers follows a set of strict rules with regards to the use of padlocked gates. It is imperative that both of these gates are secured at all times. The fish species include: Tench, Roach, Rudd, Bream, Hybrids, Crucian Carp, Perch, Barbel, Chub, Gudgeon to name a few. Parking is generally adjacent to the pegs on the near side of the pool.
Lilleshall pools
Lilleshall pool extends to two acres, has a maximum depth of 6ft, and it’s a mature fishery with an island to one end.
The club decided to turn the pool into a specimen carp fishery, the pool was stocked with over 200 3lbs plus carp. Growth rates have been very good and with the addition of a few other fish over the years, the club has achieved its goal.
Lilleshall now contains numbers of Carp over 20lbs, the biggest have now reached the 30lbs+ mark, other species present also grow to large proportions. Recently a 11lb 4oz Bream has been reported, Tench to 7lbs are also present, the pool also contains Pike, Roach, Rudd, Perch and Eels.
Night fishing at Lilleshall is exclusively limited to members of the clubs Carp syndicate, with no exception.
