Strict rules about the usage of our club waters
Albrighton Anglers follows a set of strict rules with regards to the use of padlocked gates. It is imperative that both of these gates are secured at all times. The fish species include: Tench, Roach, Rudd, Bream, Hybrids, Crucian Carp, Perch, Barbel, Chub, Gudgeon to name a few. Parking is generally adjacent to the pegs on the near side of the pool.
Barbel are also resident, with the recent capture of a 7lb 5oz fish. The pool provides good sport for Albrighton Anglers members, a recent 3 hour evening contest produced a winning weight of over 120lbs.
All club members are allowed to night fish at Kingswood pool, with junior members only able to do so when accompanied by a full or senior member.
Kingswood pool
Kingswood pool is situated at Kingswood off the A464, Wolverhampton to Shifnal road. The pool is approximately one and a half acres in size, contains 26 pegs and has a maximum depth of 18ft. there’s good access to all pegs, with the many being available with only a short walk from the parking area.
