Albrighton Anglers is a 79 year old angling club with picturesque fishing venues across the West Midlands. As members, you will have exclusive access to well-stocked pools and river stretches. We welcome you to join our group of like-minded, passionate fishermen.
Tranquil fishing venues
The club has 13 waters, including 10 Pools, 2 River Severn Stretches and a length of Canal, in Staffordshire, Shropshire, Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas. All of these pools are open all year round allowing members to fish quality venues at any time. Anglers that seek contest fishing can participate in the clubs in enjoyable angling matches.
Our well-stocked pools and river stretches have fish species such as Carp, Tench, Rudd, Crucian Carp, Roach, Bream, Hybrids, Ide, Chub, Perch, Barbel, Gudgeon and Pike to name a few.
The club now allows the use of Keepnets at all venues. Please see our Fishing Rules page for further information on the use of Keepnets.
Albrighton Anglers allows night fishing on all its Pools and lakes, other than Bonningale.

Comprehensive fishing rules
Members of the club have to follow a certain set of rules with regards to the pool usage, angling, parking among other things. You will also be updated about the new fishing rules and news.
